With another week comes another jam-packed episode of Homekit Insider where your hosts review the new Level Lock+, talk about the updated Apple TV 4K, and much more.

There was plenty of news this week, including the launch of the Avia smart deadbolt that builds in a keypad and supports Apple Home Key. We also saw a new floor lamp from VOCOlinc that has multiple addressable color zones.

Not everything was good news though. Your hosts discuss the confirmation from Netatmo that its Smart Video Doorbell will be unable to support HomeKit Secure Video as it had originally promised.

Apple had announcements of its own in the smart home space with a new generation Apple TV 4K that has a beefier processor, more storage, a lower price tag, and an updated remote.

The remainder of the episode was devoted to reviewing the all-new Level Lock+ that supports Apple Home Key. We don’t want to spoil anything, but this may be the go-to smart lock for Apple users.
