While we wait for its great rival to launch its newest flagship smartphone, LG is busy teasing the big reveal of a flagship phone of its own that is likely to be the successor to the V50 ThinQ that was announced during MWC 2019. LG has released a video on YouTube asking us to ‘Save the Date’ for the handset announcement on Friday, September 6, which just coincidentally happens to be during IFA 2019 in Berlin.
We’ll find out for sure on September 6th during IFA 2019 where LG plans to reveal all with the promise of “more surprises” at its stand at Messe Berlin. This could mean that LG may be teasing its own foldable smartphone, among other things.
What would you hope to see with LG’s upcoming flagship smartphone that could be known as the V60 ThinQ? Is the teasing of the secondary display something that warms your heart or do you consider it a half-baked gimmick? Don’t forget, we’ll be on the ground during IFA 2019 to cover the LG, and many other events from September 3, so keep it locked to TalkAndroid in the meantime.
