While Amazon and Best Buy’s Memorial Day sales are already live before we even kick off the holiday weekend, there are some additional deals to add to the list today. Amazon has now dropped a sizable $300 off the 2TB M4 iPad Pro, while more affordable models start from $809. That deals joins some notable offers on Apple’s Magic Keyboard as well as a giant price drop on the originally $1,049 iPad Air down at $699 shipped. Apple Watch Series 10 deals continue from $299 while upgraded models are up to $160 off alongside discounts on Twelve South’s TimePorter Apple Watch band organizer. All of that and more awaits below in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.
Amazon just knocked $300 off Apple’s 2TB 11-inch M4 iPad Pro, more from $809
Joining some ongoing $100 and $200 price drops on the more affordable storage configurations of Apple’s latest M4 iPad Pro, the higher-end configs have now dropped even lower to deliver some notable deals at Amazon. The first models that caught our eye were the 1TB and 2TB 11-inch M4 iPad Pro – you’re looking at up to $300 in savings off the list prices.
Amazon is now offering the 1TB M4 iPad Pro at $1,449 shipped in silver and Space Black – this is $150 off the regular $1,599 list price and within $50 of the lowest price we have tracked this year. The real highlight here though is on the Space Black 2TB model that has now dropped to $1,699 shipped, which is $300 off the regular $1,999 list price and the lowest price we have tracked on Amazon for this model (only the silver variant has fallen this low on a regular basis before today).
Clearly these higher-end configs aren’t for everyone, but again, if you’re looking to transition over to a purely iPad-based setup, or are just looking for a particularly capable on-the-go computing system, you’re also looking at some solid deals here and a chance to save hundreds compared to buying them straight from Apple.
Here’s a rundown of how the discounted pricing works out across the lineup right now:
M4 iPad Pro 11-inch
M4 iPad Pro 13-inch
Wild price drop knocks Apple’s 512GB 11-inch iPad Air Cell model down to $699 all-time low (Reg. $1,049)
While we are still tracking some $100 price drops and all-time lows on the latest Apple M3 iPad Air lineup, we just spotted a particularly notable clearance price on the still perfectly capable M2 iPad Air. Now at the best price we have ever tracked on Amazon, you’ll find the 512GB 11-inch M2 iPad Air with the Wi-Fi + Cell upgrade down at $699 shipped – that’s a wild price on a tablet that carried a $1,049 list price not more than 3 months ago.
You’re looking at $350 in savings – we just about never see deals this deep on iPad Air models this new. Today’s deals marks a new Amazon all-time low at $100 under our previous mention and the best price we can find. This price on the Wi-Fi + Cell 512GB model is almost $100 less than the standard Wi-Fi only variant right now.
Just for comparison’s sake, the M3 version of this iPad will cost you at least $964 on sale at Amazon right now. The standard Wi-Fi 512GB 11-inch M3 model is starting at $827, or $128 more than today’;s featured deal.
For some folks the latest and greatest is just that and it’s the only thing worth considering. Understandable for sure, but we are talking about a seriously notable deal on what was the latest and greatest iPad Air at the top of the year. All things considered, I’m not sure I would even be able to tell the difference between an M2 and M3 iPad Air with regular use – perhaps when you got into some serious testing with some demanding apps, but for typical use, they are, as far as I’m concerned, more or less the same machine.
If you’re intersted, we do not expect this $350 deal to last for very long.
Apple Watch Series 10 now up to $160 off for Memorial Day weekend with deals from $299
As part of its Memorial Day sale, Amazon has brought back the $100 price drops on Apple’s most affordable Apple Watch Series 10 models, and now it has done the same with the upgraded GPS + Cell models at $110 off. You’ll now find the 42mm models starting at $389 and the 46mm at $419 shipped. Details below.
Through the Black Friday and holiday festivities at the end of 2024 we saw a regular stream of $70 price drops on the latest Apple Watch Series 10 that debuted last fall. Fast-forward to 2025 and the $100 discounts started to land here and there, much like we are seeing right now. And then more recently, just over the last month or so, some $110 discounts on the GPS + Cell models started to pop up on a more regular basis alongside even deeper discounts on the higher-end titanium variants.
As you can see in the list below, the base models are sitting at $100 off and the GPS + Cell variants have now dropped back down to Amazon all-time low pricing at $110 off:
And below you’ll find even lower pricing now live on the upgraded Titanium GPS + Cell models as well as some configurations with the Milanese Loop included at up to $160 off:
Everything you need to know about the Series 10 is in our hands-on review.
Today’s accessories and charging deals:
All four colors of the new 11-inch iPad (A16) have now dropped back down to $299 shipped
Update: While we did see the yellow and pink colorways very briefly drop to $278 or so, those deals were very short-lived and never landed on the silver and blue options. All four colorways are now back down at $299 shipped via Amazon. Details below in the original post.
Previously limited to just the blue and yellow colors, Amazon is now offering all four shades of Apple’s new iPad (A16) down at the $299 shipped all-time low. It might not be the powerful M4 iPad Pro or the M3 series iPad Air (also now at all-time low pricing), but this is a brand new iPad that just released a couple months ago at under $300.
You’ll now find all four colorways of the base model 11-inch iPad running on the A16 chip with a Liquid Retina Display, 12MP front and back cameras, Touch ID, and 128GB of storage down at $299. That’s $50 off the regular $349 list price and the lowest we have tracked to date. Today’s deals mark the first time we have seen all four models at under $320 anywhere online.
The same thing goes for the upgraded 256GB and 512GB models that are both now $50 off in all four colorways. These are the same prices we have been tracking lately on these two, but again, you’ll now find all four colorways in-stock at the discounted rate.
For some, the new iPad A16 is just too underpowered to consider, despite the particularly notable price we are featuring here today, and we get it. For others however – those that just never use Apple Intelligence anyway and just need a casual tablet experience for couch browsing, video chatting, and road trips – it’s a chance to score a brand new iPad release for a whole lot less. This is $100 under the best deal we have ever tracked on the iPad mini 7 and $200 below the current all-time low we are tracking on the most affordable M3 iPad Air.
Our launch coverage over at 9to5Mac details the new iPad (A16) completely.
Early Memorial Day deals usher in up to $110 price drops on latest iPad mini 7, matching all-time lows from $399
Update: While just about all configurations are at all-time lows with $100 in savings, folks interested in the upgraded 256GB model will find it starting down at $489 at Amazon now – that’s $110 off an on par with the lowest we have tracked on this particular config.
Much as we expected, Amazon has now dropped all of the iPad mini 7 Wi-Fi configurations back down to all-time low pricing ahead of Memorial Day. While still officially a week out, things are kicking off perhaps even earlier than usual across a number of brands and major retailers – Amazon and Best Buy have both already launched official Memorial Day sales – with $100 price drops now live on the latest iPad mini 7 starting at $399 shipped. Details below.
While not all of the Wi-Fi Cell configurations in all colors are seeing the same $100 price drops we have on the standard models, all three storage configurations on all four colors are now back down to all-time low pricing – 128GB, 1256GB, and 512GB models:
Apple unleashed its new iPad mini 7 last fall shortly after the debut of iPhone 16 and AirPods 4. It, unlike the new 11-inch model, is a far more manageable-sized machine for folks who don’t mind the compact display. It is also the most affordable iPad in the current-generation lineup that supports Apple Intelligence features – the 11-inch iPad (A16) does not.
Today’s deals are on par with the best we have tracked since release. There are some open-box listings at Best Buy, but the “excellent” condition units aren’t going to save you all that much more. They are less and worth a look, but for my money I’d rather drop an extra $20 or so and just score a brand-new unit.
