We then move over the banger 2TB 13-inch iPad Pro that is now $300 off the list price and joined by an ongoing price drop on the compatible Apple Pencil Pro at Amazon. Next, the regularly $329 Level Lock+ with Apple Home Key support has now dropped to $145 alongside a host of charging and accessory offers. All of that and more awaits below in today’s 9to5Toys Lunch Break.
Amazon brings back $50 price drops on all 4 colors of Apple’s most affordable new M4 MacBook Air
Amazon has now decided to bring back the $50 cash discounts on all four colors of Apple’s most affordable new M4 MacBook Air. While the $50 discount on the n ew Sky Blue colorway has remained for a couple weeks now, options on the other three colors at the discounted rate have been going in and out of stock pretty regularly. As of this morning, you will now once again find $50 off the already lower MSRP Apple gifted us on its new base-model M4 MacBook Air over at Amazon.
Apple dropped the MSRP on the base of its new M4 MacBook Air $100 this generation, from the $1,099 we got for the M3 lineup to the $999 starting price on the new M4. That, in combination with the $50 deal we have today, leaves you with a price at $150 under the MSRP of the comparable previous-gen model – the M3 is, however, on sale for $899 at Amazon right now.
As we mentioned previously, there are still opportunities to save as much as$450 off your new M4 MacBook Air if you have a previous-generation M3 model to trade-in – all of the details you need on that await right here. But for the rest of us, the $50 discounts are as good as it has gotten thus far on the most affordable config, and they are back on all four colors of the 13-inch 16GB/256GB model today.
As you can see in the list below, pricing on just about every other configuration has either remained at the discounted rates we featured recently or jumped up even higher, further highlighting how notable it is to see the $50 drops on the most affordable model again here today.
- 13-inch M4 MacBook Air 16GB/256GB $949 (Reg. $999)
- 13-inch M4 MacBook Air 16GB/512GB from $1,169 (Reg. $1,199)

Apple Pencil Pro with Find My and M3 iPad Air-compatibility still down at $99 (Nearly 25% off)
After quickly going out of stock over the weekend, Amazon’s deal on the latest Apple Pencil Pro at $99 is now available once again. Shipping is, of course, free here, delivering nearly 25% in savings on the regularly $129 flagship Apple stylus. After pricing started to jump and availability became limited on the high-end iPad writer ahead of the holiday season last year, we saw the Pro drop to the same $99 we have here today for Black Friday.
There were some short-lived deals last fall that had Apple Pencil Pro as low as $89 at Amazon as well as a few quick offers at $94 or so, but deals that low have not been seen since then.
After debuting last May, what was once an Apple Pencil option only compatible with the M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air, Apple has since launched its latest iPad mini 7 that also supports the pro-grade writer – it will presumably work on the 2025 iPad releases as well, but it’s hard to say for sure, especially with the expected entry-level iPad 11.
Either way, you’re looking at Apple’s most high-tech and feature-rich solution, delivering onboard gesture support and haptics so you can do a whole lot more than just scribble some ideas down on an iPad – “use gestures like squeeze and barrel roll to access tools, change brushes, and create strokes without missing a beat. Haptics allow you to feel shapes snap into place, and more.”
On M4 iPad Pro and M2 iPad Air, you can leverage the Apple Pencil hover to “preview your mark before you make it,” joining the onboard Apple Find My action to you can locate your missing Apple stylus from iPhone.
Apple’s banger 2TB 13-inch M4 iPad Pro in Space Black is $300 off right now (Amazon low)
While Apple’s high-end, premium M4 iPad Pro configurations certainly aren’t for everyone, with the banger 2TB 13-inch model in Space Blacknow sitting down at the Amazon all-time low we wanted to make sure it was front and center for those interested. This is a $2,299 workstation configuration that is now sitting down at $1,999 shipped on Amazon.
For comparison’s sake, today’s $300 price drop on Amazon is even beating out Best Buy’s open-box listing by nearly $100 – the brand new listings at Best Buy are sitting at the full $2,299 MSRP for the record.
Clearly the top-of-the-line 2TB model is more of a niche purchase and really only for a select few looking for that spec’d out pro-grade M4 Apple tablet experience. Now you could configure the 2TB model with Wi-Fi + Cell connectivity as well as the Nano-texture glass – this is technically the very top of the lineup, but that one is going to run you $2,419 right now.
Not everyone is going to want to drop nearly $2,000 on a tablet, we get it. But if you are looking for a banger configuration, or perhaps to replace your MacBook setup with Apple’s thinnest and sleekest iPad ever, you might as well do it with $300 in savings and while we are tracking the lowest we have seen on Amazon to date.

Regularly up to $329 Level Apple Home Key Smart Lock now down at $145 via Amazon
Amazon is now offering a major price drop on the Level Lock+ Smart Lock with Apple Home Keys down at $145.50 shipped (Satin Nickel colorway). You’re looking at a regularly $329 smart lock that is still fetching as much at Best Buy. While we have seen it hovering down in the $180 to $200 range with relatively regular bounces up to the full $329 at Amazon over the last several months, this is indeed a giant $184 off the list price and the lowest price we can find. It also undercuts our previous mention on this model by roughly $22.
There was a very short-lived deal for less on this model as part of the Prime Day festivities last year, and we have seen some notable deals on the black model at Woot without the complete warranty included, but today’s offer is otherwise among the best we have ever seen.
This model does not include Level Connect Wi-Fi bridge – that package will cost you $349 and rarely falls under $270. But you are nonetheless landing the brand’s ultra-discreet smart lock solution with Apple Home Key support at the ready for a whole lot less here today – you can just wave your iPhone or Apple Watch in front of the lock for access, alongside a host of keyless entry methods. This one also works alongside the rest of your Apple HomeKit setup and the Apple home hub many folks will already have – “this Bluetooth smart lock can be controlled from anywhere using voice commands (Siri), automations, shortcuts and more (some features may require a HomeKit hub within 15 feet of Level Lock+).”
It is made to be compatible with “most American standard exterior doors” as well.
Scope out our long-term review of the Level Lock+ for more details and our smart home hub for additional price drops this week.
