Because Microsoft Excel has many tabs, groups, and menus on the ribbon, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly find the command you’re looking for. To help you with this, we’ve created a cheat sheet of some of the most useful Microsoft Excel power user keyboard shortcuts for those using the program on a Windows computer. It lists the most essential key combinations, as well as shortcuts for the Paste Special function, navigating your workbook, finding and replacing data, formatting, creating charts and tables, inserting some popular formulas, and more. Simply print the cheat sheet and pin it to your noticeboard!
Mac keyboard shortcuts often follow the same principle as the Windows keyboard shortcuts, though the Alt key on Windows keyboards is often replaced by the Options key on a Mac, and the Windows Ctrl key can be substituted for a Mac’s Cmd key.
