Minecraft: Java Edition 1.18 Release Candidate 4 inches us ever closer to the ‘Caves and Cliffs Update’

Minecraft players all over the world are gearing up for the release of 1.18 Caves and Cliffs Update Part Two, which finally releases on Nov. 30, 2021 following months of testing. On Monday, Mojang Studios released Minecraft: Java Edition 1.18 Release Candidate 4 to interested testers, which follows previous 1.18 Release Candidates that all incorporate singular bug fixes or tweaks.

With the official release so close, Mojang is now monitoring for any last-minute critical issues that need fixing. It’s likely that this Release Candidate is the official build being released tomorrow as 1.18 Caves and Cliffs Update Part Two, as long as players don’t encounter any more problems while testing it.
