Legal, compliance and human resources software provider Mitratech has made its 21st acquisition since the start of the company. On Wednesday, the provider announced it acquired HR and tracking management platform TalentReef in a move to future expand its human resources tech capabilities.
The move comes barely a month after Mitratech acquired AssureHire, an employment background screening provider. That acquisition looked to integrate Tracker I-9, Mitratech’s I-9 compliance software solution, with AssureHire to provide a more efficient application and onboarding solutions for clients.
