The Motorola Razr Plus (2024) Doesn’t Look Too Different From Last Year’s Model
The Motorola Razr Plus (2024) is expected to be Motorola’s big follow-up act following the launch of the Edge 50 series, and considering it is one of the major clamshell foldable lines in the market, you can expect it to get quite a bit of time in the spotlight.
Considering that, it’s not surprising that we’ve already gotten a leaked image of the front and the back of the phone when fully opened, thanks to 91Mobiles. The image appears to have been leaked during a certification process.
To be honest, there isn’t much to see. The foldable screen has a selfie camera cutout in the usual spot. The cover display takes up most of one back half though it’s hard to see how thin the bezels are this time. There are two camera modules cut into the screen. The back plan seems plain and textured, save for branding. This seems to be a blue colorway, though it is rumored to also have an orange and green option.
Overall, the Razr Plus (2024) isn’t bringing too many apparent changes over last year’s model, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. The design is fine and hasn’t been around long enough to get stale.

There’s Not Too Much On The Specs, But Hopefully, They’ll Be Flagship Grade
There haven’t been too many leaks on the Motorola Razr Plus (2024) so getting an actual image of the device is a big one. However, it also means it’s a bit early to know extensively about the specs that the phone is expected to come with. According to 91Mobiles, who published the image, the foldable is going to come in a 12GB/512GB storage option, though that shouldn’t be expected to be the only one. It will likely be the top configuration, just like its predecessor had.
Last year’s model wasn’t much of a slouch though. While we might not be able to tell whether there’ll be any upgrades to the display, cameras, or battery capacity, we can assume that it’ll come with a newer chip — maybe the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, though I expect the Gen 2 to save costs — and Android 14.
Either way, for now, we’ll just have to sit around and wait for more information on the upcoming Razr. After the Plus model, we expect to see the regular Razr show up at some point, so we’ll keep an eye out for leaks on that too.
