Nectar Classic
The Nectar Classic is the company’s most basic and affordable all-foam mattress. It features a top layer of memory foam atop two layers of polyfoam. Nectar told us the mattress is designed to feel medium-firm, but when we tested an earlier version of the Classic in 2021, our testers found it felt softer than other memory-foam mattresses, without an aggressive body-conforming hug.
Nectar wouldn’t share specific foam densities for any of its mattresses, so we can’t say whether the Classic will hold up over time or support sleepers who weigh over 200 pounds. We doubt it, though: The Classic weighs 78 pounds (for a queen), which suggests the densities are lower than 3 pounds per cubic foot, the minimum experts recommend for people who weigh over 200 pounds.
All of Nectar’s mattresses are wrapped in a “cooling” polyester and polyethylene cover, though we haven’t tested these cooling properties ourselves. (Note: Removing the cover on any of Nectar’s mattresses voids the lifetime warranty.)

Nectar Classic Hybrid
The 12-inch Nectar Classic Hybrid pairs layers of foam with individually wrapped coils. Like the Classic model, it has a layer of memory foam on top, but it features a layer of nearly 800 coils beneath. As with all hybrids, it should have a springier, more resilient feel than an all-foam mattress.
According to Nectar, the 12-inch Classic Hybrid should feel medium-firm and suit all sleeping positions (however, we’ve typically found that Nectar mattresses fall on the softer side). At 97 pounds (for a queen), the Classic Hybrid is heavier than the Classic; however, we don’t know if the extra weight is due to the addition of coils, denser foams, or both, since the company wouldn’t disclose foam densities with us.

Nectar Premier
The 13-inch Nectar Premier, a memory-foam mattress, is marketed as a step above the company’s introductory all-foam model, the Classic. A spokesperson from the company said that the Premier should feel firm enough and offer adequate pressure relief for stomach-sleepers without sinking in too much.
Compared with the Classic, the Premier has an extra inch of memory foam in the top layer, and extra “cooling fibers.” We haven’t tested these properties ourselves, so we can’t say whether they make a difference. (In general, memory-foam mattresses retain more heat than polyfoam, latex, or innerspring mattresses, even when so-called cooling materials are included.)
Weighing 85 pounds (for a queen), the Premier is slightly heavier than the Classic; this is likely due to the additional inch of memory foam rather than denser foams, but we don’t know since the company wouldn’t share foam densities.
We panel-tested the Premier against other memory-foam mattresses, and it garnered mixed feedback from our testers. Some people loved the Premier’s body-conforming feel, but others found this sensation made it difficult for them to move around and switch positions on the mattress. Testers generally echoed the company’s assessment and reported the mattress felt firm.

Nectar Premier Hybrid
The 13-inch Nectar Premier Hybrid is the hybrid version of the Premier model. Like the Premier, it has the extra inch of memory foam and “cooling fibers,” and it adds a layer of nearly 800 individually wrapped coils for support and resilience.
According to Nectar, the Premier Hybrid should feel medium and suit all sleepers, but particularly stomach-sleepers. A spokesperson from Nectar said this mattress should allow them to rest comfortably on their stomach without their hips and lower back sinking too much. Since the company wouldn’t share foam densities with us, we can’t say whether this mattress will hold up over time or adequately support sleepers who weigh over 200 pounds.

Nectar Luxe
The 14-inch Nectar Luxe is one of the company’s high-end memory-foam mattresses. Nectar says this mattress feels medium and should work with all sleep styles but is best suited for side- and back-sleepers.
It’s constructed similarly to the Premier model but adds an extra inch of memory foam in the top layer. The company wouldn’t disclose foam densities with us, so we don’t know if Nectar’s higher-end models feature denser foams or if they’ll hold up for sleepers who weigh over 200 pounds. But the additional inches of memory foam should help with added comfort and pressure relief.

Nectar Luxe Hybrid
The Nectar Luxe Hybrid combines foam layers as well as individually wrapped coils in the center layer. According to the company, the 14-inch Luxe Hybrid is one of the most cushioned mattresses in its lineup with a medium-soft feel, and it should suit side-sleepers the best.
Like Nectar’s all-foam offerings, its hybrid mattresses are set apart by the thickness of their memory-foam layers. The Luxe Hybrid has 3 inches of memory foam in the top layer. However, Nectar wouldn’t disclose foam densities with us, so we can’t say whether this mattress will hold up over time or support sleepers who weigh over 200 pounds.

Nectar Ultra
The 15-inch Nectar Ultra is a recent addition to Nectar’s lineup and currently the company’s highest-end memory-foam mattress. Like the rest of Nectar’s mattresses, the Ultra is encased in a “cooling” polyester and polyethylene cover. According to the company, the Ultra should feel medium-soft and suit side-sleepers the best.
Compared with the Luxe mattress, the Ultra has an additional inch of memory foam in the top layer, which should help with even more pressure relief. The Ultra has the same basic construction as the rest of the memory-foam mattresses in Nectar’s lineup but features two additional components: phase change materials in the memory-foam layer, meant to aid in cooling, and zoned polyurethane foam in the center, which Nectar claims should help with spinal alignment.

Nectar Ultra Hybrid
The 15-inch Nectar Ultra Hybrid is the hybrid version of the Ultra, pairing foam layers with a layer of individually wrapped coils in the center. Like the Ultra model, the Ultra Hybrid includes phase change materials in the memory-foam layer for cooling and zoned polyurethane foam in the center.
According to the company, the Ultra Hybrid is the most cushioned mattress in its lineup. The mattress should have a soft feel and support side-sleepers the best. Despite the soft feel overall, the company says the Ultra Hybrid should have better edge support than the Ultra due to the addition of coils around the perimeter.
