“Last September, we launched our sub-brand, CMF by Nothing, bringing great design to more people and delivering an uncompromised user experience in a segment that has often been neglected. The reception for our first-generation products has been amazing, and they quickly became bestsellers. Today, we are excited to launch Buds and Neckband Pro, and even more excited about everything that’s to come.”

Neckband Pro
The Neckband Pro, as you might assume from the name, is a neckband audio product. Equipped with an advanced chipset and five HD microphones, the Neckband Pro offers up to 50dB noise cancellation. Its Environment Adaptive ANC self-adjusts to ambient noise by choosing the most appropriate of its three intensity levels, while the Transparency Mode lets you listen to the sound outside.
The 3-in-1 Smart Dial allows the ability to adjust volume, play/pause/switch tracks, and control Active Noise Cancellation by pressing or turning the dial. Whether exercising or getting caught in a rain shower, the IP55 rating means the Neckband Pro is safe against dust, water or sweat.
Other features include Ultra Bass Technology 2.0, which offers five adjustable levels via the Nothing X app. It also adjusts bass levels in real time to output a more precise bass effect. Spatial Audio is also present, projecting sound to create a life-like effect.
With 37 hours of playback, the Neckband Pro’s 220mAh battery can give 18 hours of playback without ANC after a 10-minute charge.
Available in orange, black, and white, CMF’s Neckband Pro will cost £35/$35 when it goes on sale from March 12 in the US and UK markets.
Buds
You don’t get much more to the point when naming a set of earbuds than ‘Buds’, and CMF’s offering packs class-leading levels of Active Noise Cancellation for an affordable price. With a 42dB depth and bandwidth of up to 2900Hz, the Buds’ ANC blocks out unwanted noise but, thanks to Transparency Mode, can also let the outside noise back in. Four HD microphones with Clear Voice Technology and advanced wind-noise reduction should produce crisp, clear calls.
Powered by 12.4mm bio-fibre drivers, the Buds also benefit from Ultra Bass Technology 2.0 and Dirac’s Opteo patented correction technology, to produce an expansive soundscape. Up to five EQ settings are available with a single tap.
With eight hours of playback, there’s a 45mAh battery in each bud, backed up by the 460mAh battery housed in the charge. A ten minute charge in the case will achieve six and a half hours of playback.
CMF’s Buds are available in orange, black, and white and go on sale from March 8th in the US and UK markets for £39/$39 USD
