What Users Love About the App

“Ease of use, being able to speak to record as opposed to writing it down. Every time I have a suggestion they are eager to listen and I get a hold of a person every time! I feel strongly that I can trust what is being said they are working to make our job less paperwork and more about the children again. Very excited for this program and what it will bring into our child care.”

“I love that I can see what staff and students are in each classroom in real-time. It saves me lots of time because I don’t have to run around the building to try to find people. It also helps with payroll because I can just look on the dashboard and see if there are too many teachers in a room, and can make changes immediately.”

“The app is really cool. Parents are able to let the teachers know if their child will be present or late. They can also write notes saying if the child is ill. I also really like the sign-in/out system. No more paper!! So nice!! Parents can easily check their child in and out with a push of a button. “

Everything is also easily archived in the system so you can pull it up very quickly if it is needed. This system has been so helpful for my organization!!!” The idea of using your voice to record all things related to home child care is brilliant!”

“Helps me manage the center more easily and offers me more time to spend with teachers and children. Parents love the app as it keeps them completely informed as to their child’s day.”

What Users Dislike About the App

“The only thing that is a little annoying, but not a big deal at all, is that if a teacher forgets to sign in or out, I can’t fix it until the next day. I have to leave a little note to remind me to adjust the payroll.”

“There are obviously issues, however, their customer service is not large enough to field questions. I’m not sure MyMax is actively (daily) updating its programs to work out the kinks. It sure doesn’t feel like they are. I am not seeing improvements and fixes fast enough.”

“Wish there was an app for the teachers to use instead of logging on to the website. Not being able to see the communication from teachers/parents on the dashboard.”

“I dislike the waiting on waitlist management.”
