Realme will demonstrate the ‘World’s Fastest’ charging technology on February 28th

Besides the European launch of the GT 2 Pro series, Realme will also show off its new charging technology on February 28th at MWC 2022 that it says will be the ‘World’s Fastest’. Yes, even faster than the 125W UltraDart charging that it unveiled in 2021.

That’s pretty much all that Realme is giving us at the current time, so it’s not known when it will reach the heights of the 160W wired flash charging technology as featured on Infinix’s Concept Phone that we covered.

“realme’s fast charging technology is always ahead of the curve, especially when compared to devices in the same segment. As part of realme’s 2022 resolution and revolution of going premium, 70% of corporate Research & Development resources will be invested into technology innovations, charging technology being one of the integral parts.”

Will it be an incremental increase such as 126W UltraDart charging or will Realme bump the needle closer to the conceptual speeds of the Infinix Concept Phone? With less than a week to go, we don’t have long to wait to find out, and yours truly will be on the ground at MWC 2022 in Barcelona to provide birds-eye coverage.
