Ring Doorbell sale at Amazon: get a free Echo Dot and save on the Ring Doorbell 2

Amazon has not only discounted its popular Ring Doorbell, but it also included a free Echo Dot to the bundle deal. You can save $30 on the best-selling Ring Doorbell 2 and receive a free 3rd generation Echo Dot. We’ve also found a different Echo Dot bundle deal for UK readers at the bottom of the page.

The Ring Doorbell has a compatible app that allows you to monitor your home from anywhere on your smartphone, tablet or PC. You’ll also get alerts on your smartphone when motion is detected or when someone presses the doorbell. The Ring 2 features a removable battery pack and two-way talk so you can hear and speak with visitors from your mobile phone.

The Ring 2 works with Amazon Alexa and will send alerts to Echo Devices so you can hear and speak to visitors entirely hands-free. A 3rd generation Echo Dot normally retails for $49.99 on its own (currently on sale for $29.99), so with this bundle deal, you’re saving $30 on the Ring Doorbell with a combined savings of $80 when you include the Echo Dot.

Amazon also has the Ring Video Doorbell Pro and Echo Dot on sale for $199. The Ring Pro has all the features of the 2nd edition Ring but features advanced motion detection that allows you to customize your motion zones. Unlike the Ring 2, the Pro is hardwired to your existing doorbell and doesn’t offer a battery option.

Amazon is also running a bundle deal in the UK that includes a free Echo Dot. You can receive a code for a free Echo dot if you sign up for Amazon’s Music Unlimited Family Plan.
