Rumours are flooding the internet this week that the iPhone 14 will be unveiled at this September’s Apple Event.
The tech company hasn’t confirmed whether this is true, but a site called iDropNews has claimed that Apple has “something planned” for September 13th.
They have assumed this to be their famous Apple Event and leaked rumours say that the iPhone 14 and three new smartwatches could be arriving.
The next iPhone is now a hot topic of conversation on Twitter where people are discussing what colours the phone will be available in. Here are all the rumours…

iPhone 14 rumoured colours
A series of photos have surfaced on Twitter that claim to show the colours that the new iPhone 14 models will be released in.
Apple hasn’t confirmed whether this is true, but MacRumours reports that the leak came from Chinese social media site Weibo.
The unverified source alleges that there will be four iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Max, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro are rumoured to come in:
- Black (Midnight)
- White (Starlight)
- Blue
- Red (“PRODUCT(RED)”)
- Purple

However, these are simply just rumours and there has been no official confirmation.

The four iPhone 14 models
As mentioned, Apple is rumoured to be launching four different iPhone 14 models: iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 Max, and iPhone 14 Pro Max.
The smallest and cheapest model, iPhone 14 is expected to be 6.1 inches, with the iPhone 14 Pro coming in at the same size. As well as that, the iPhone 14 Max and iPhone 14 Pro Max are rumoured to be 6.7 inches.
MacRumours suggest that the Face ID notch at the front may be removed, the camera bumps could be different, speaker grills might change design and camera will likely be better.
Other rumours say that it could have new technology to minimise overheating and a newer, faster chip, but these are unfounded.
Apple Watch Series 8 rumoured release
At the same September event, the Apple Watch Series 8 is expected to be unveiled. Rumours say Apple has ditched the curved edges and the newest model will feature flat sides, similar to the newer iPhones.
It’s also expected to have a flat glass display and could come in three sizes instead of just two.
The new watch is rumoured to have better health features and a faster chip, and there are also rumours of a cheaper Apple Watch SE model and new ‘Rugged’ Apple Watch for athletes and hikers.
However, again, these are all just rumours and we’ll have to wait until the launch event to see what the models will really look like.
