Samsung begins rolling out Android 11/One UI 3.0 to the Galaxy A51 and XCover Pro

    Samsung surprised everyone by rolling out the February security patch to the three-year-old Galaxy S9 series before the Pixel 5 gets it and now it’s released the Android 11 with One UI 3.0 update to the Galaxy A51 and XCover Pro.

    The OTA rolling out to the 4G variant of the Galaxy A51 with model number SM-A515F includes the February security patch as well as the OS upgrade to Android 11 with One UI 3.0, bringing the build version up to A515FXXU4DUB1. Released on an incremental basis, the OTA should go live on a broader scale soon.

    The rugged Galaxy XCover Pro is also being boosted to Android 11 with the One UI 3.0 interface running on top, The Exynos 9611-powered handset gets the bump to G715FNXXU7BUA8 with Android 11, the One UI 3.0 refresh, and the January security patch in tow.

    If you haven’t received notification that the OTA is ready to download and install, you can head over to Settings, Software Update, and tap on the Download and Install button to see if you can prompt Samsung’s servers.
