Samsung announced two new laptops today, the Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book. Both of the new laptops are built with business users in mind and come with Windows 10 Pro and can come with Samsung Care+ for Business. The Galaxy Book Pro and Galaxy Book are available today in the U.S. with a starting price of $899.

The Galaxy Book Pro is available in 13.3-inch and 15.6-inch models, each of which is less than half an inch thick. The laptop features a Super AMOLED display and an aluminum exterior. On the inside, the Galaxy Book Pro runs on an Intel Evo-certified 11th Gen Core processor. Samsung highlights that this processor helps deliver good battery life, faster connectivity, and better graphics. Samsung’s new business laptop also supports Wi-Fi 6.

Samsung hasn’t shared many of the details of the Galaxy Book (non-pro) but explains that both it and the Galaxy Book Pro are built for business use. The company summarizes the Galaxy Book by saying that it includes many of the same productivity features as the Galaxy Book Pro but that it comes at a lower price point.

Each new Samsung laptop works with the Samsung ecosystem, including Quick Share, SmartThings, Second Screen, and Your Phone.

Both laptops run Windows 10 Pro and are upgradable to Windows 11 Pro when the new OS launches later this year.
