That is where this Savage Survival Beginners Game Guide comes in handy. Follow along and we can help you to prosper. Build fortifications, hunt wild beasts, and help your tribe become the strongest in the Stone Age!
Savage Survival Game Play
After downloading Savage Survival from the Play Store and launching it on your chosen Android device, you land on the shore and immediately hear someone crying for help. Now you need to choose to help or to run. As the great warrior that you are running is not an option. (Choosing to run will still let you help).
Mira and her people require a Chief. You can choose to be their chief or to refuse, however, you will still be helping them out.
Feeding the Tribe
A food storage needs to be built to store your food. To do this you need to tap on the Build Icon on the left side of the screen. Now tap on the Food Shed Box. It will automatically be placed on the map.
You are able to place it where you want it to be. Once you have it in place tap on the tick mark (✔️) to secure it. You can gather the meat from the Sabertooth that was killed by tapping on it. Tap on the pop-up tab that says gather. The food will be stored in the Food Storage.
Build a Shelter
Start by building a Lumber Shed to store the wood that you have gathered from nearby trees. Tap on the Build Icon, then choose the Lumber shed. Place it in the position you want it to be and tap on the tick mark (✔️) to secure it there.
Tap on one of the nearby trees and then tap on the Log Icon. One of the tribe members will gather the wood. As soon as there is enough wood tap on the Build Icon again to access the Shelter Icon. Place the shelter in the desired position and tap on the tick mark (✔️) to secure it.
Savage Survival Tasks
Mire gives you a Development Guide with instructions to help you guide the tribe to prosperity.
You will receive tasks to complete on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. It is advisable to follow the tasks assigned in the same order as they are given. These tasks are designed to help you progress in the shortest possible time possible.
Focusing on growth, chapter, and daily tasks at the beginning of the game is helpful to build the needed resources for the growth and strength of your tribe.
Tapping on the assigned task will open the Chapter Task Screen. Claim any completed Savage Survival task rewards, then tap on the next available task.
You will automatically be taken to the area on the map where you need to be to proceed with it. A finger will point out what you need to do. This is very helpful as you begin playing Savage Survival.
Hunting
Tap on the animal that you want to hunt. Tap on the Hunt Icon pop-up. One of the available tribe members will hunt it and take the meat back to the Food Shed.
Hunting allows you to gather food which is a necessary resource throughout the game. You will need food to feed your tribe members and troops, and upgrade certain buildings.
Upgrading your buildings
The first upgrade task will be the Tribe Centre. Tap on the Tribe Centre the tap on the upgrade pop-up tab. Upgrading the Tribe Centre is important to be able to unlock new buildings and Savage Survival game features. Tap on the Upgrade Tab on the lower right-hand side of the screen.
The time it takes to upgrade in Savage Survival is displayed right above the upgrade tab. There is an option to use gems to upgrade faster but at this stage of the game, it is not advisable to waste your gems. After doing this task you will be able to claim your chapter reward by tapping on the task assigned on the bottom left-hand side of your screen.
Upgrading your shelter follows the same pattern as upgrading the Tribe Centre. Tap on the shelter to be upgraded. Then tap on the upgrade icon and thereafter tap on the upgrade tab at the bottom of the screen.
Tapping on the shelter and then on the move icon will allow you to move your shelter to a better area if you require it. Move it on the grid and place it where you need it to be, then tap on the tick mark (✔️) to secure it there.
Your next chapter task will be to build a stone Depot. Tap on the task to continue. You will be redirected to the build icon. Tap on it and then on the Stone Depot on the pop-up screen.
Place it in position and tap on the tick mark (✔️) to secure it. You can assign a worker to quarrying. Tap on the pickaxe to get a worker to the quarry.
At the top of your screen, there are now two hammers displayed. The top one is for your normal building queue. Your Gold Hammer can now be unlocked. This is the second Building Queue.
Tap on one of the two options to open it. It is advisable to use the Green Tab and keep your Savage Survival gems for later use. You can do two building tasks at a time. There are timers below these hammers to show how far the building has progressed.
After a while, the option to build two buildings at a time will cease to be, thereafter, you will need to pay real money to open a second building slot.
Preparing for Beasts in Savage Survival
Firstly, build a Beast Lair by tapping on the task icon on the bottom left-hand side of the screen. Tap on your Chapter 4 task. Tap on the build icon and then on the Beast Lair Tab on the pop-up screen. Move your Beast Lair to where you want it and lock it into place by tapping on the tick mark.
Tap on the Beast Tome found above the Beast Lair that you have just built to claim your first beast.
Things start becoming even more interesting in Savage Survival!
Beasts Battles in Savage Survival
Complete Stage 1 of Beast Odyssey. On the bottom of your game screen, there is a taskbar with Icons on it. Tap on it to start your first adventure.
Tap on the Edit Tab on this screen to add to your battle lineup. Tap on the beast you are going to use in this battle. It will show up in the slot then tap on the Battle Tab.
You are now ready to do battle. Wait until your Skill is flashing to attack your opponent. The Skill Icon is on the bottom middle section of your screen.
Once you reach Stage 7 in your adventure your auto attack will come into play. This is a great feature in Savage Survival.
Savage Survival Beasts
Before we go any further, let us look at our Savage Survival Beasts.
The beasts in Savage Survival come in three categories—Legendary, Epic, and Rare. Legendary is the strongest and rare is the weakest. You will use these beasts in battles.
These are the Beasts featured in the early release of Savage Survival. The developers may release more later.

Expand your territory, upgrade your Tribe center, gather food, mine for gold, and collect stone. Making use of all your resources is going to be an important part of your gameplay. Reaching Level 7 on your Tribe center you will unlock the world map.
