We don’t usually recommend the 13-inch MacBook Pro over any other MacBook, but today we’re feeling nostalgic now that Apple has stopped selling the 13-inch MacBook Pro. Amazon is selling the 13-inch M2 MacBook Pro for $1,049, a savings of $250 and matching the lowest price we’ve ever.
The 13-inch MacBook Pro has Apple’s M2 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, and is the last MacBook to feature a Touch Bar with Touch ID built into the Magic Keyboard. In our review, we praised the MacBook Pro’s “sustained performance” and battery life and called it a “good, solid laptop.”
In that review, we admitted that there are numerous reasons why the MacBook Air and higher-end MacBook Pros are a smarter purchase, but none of them will give you the Touch Bar. So if you want one, this is your last chance to get one.
