Sky Blue M4 MacBook Air, iPad Air, Nomad charger, more 9to5Mac

Joining a series of ongoing deals on iPad mini 7 configurations at $100 off, as well as new lows on the new iPad (A16), today we are turning our attention to the best cash deal on select M3 iPad Air models. We also spotted the new Sky Blue 15-inch M4 MacBook Air at its best Amazon price yet alongside a rare deal on Nomad’s gorgeous latest-gen metal and glass 15W 3-in-1 MagSafe charger. All of that and more awaits down below.

Apple’s new 256GB 11-inch iPad Air just hit a new Amazon all-time low, more from $549 or up to $650 off with trade

Apple unleashed the next-generation of mid-range iPads just under a month ago with the new M3-equipped iPad Air lineup, and we just spotted a new all-time low. While you’ll still find $50 price drops across a number of configurations over at Amazon right now (waiting down below), it now has the 11-inch 256GB model starting from a new $644 shipped low. Regularly $699, this is $55 off the going rate and the best cash deal we have tracked on this model to date.

While you can still score the $50 price drop on the base model 11-inch 128GB configuration at $549, today’s deal marks the lowest price we have tracked to date on the 256GB upgrade.

As avid 9to5Toys readers will all already know, while today’s deal is the lowest cash deal yet, we uncovered some serious opportunities to save on trade-ins back during the pre-order phase and you can still take advantage of them right now. In fact, you can score one with a massive $650 in savings when you trade-in a previous-generation M2 iPad Air right now – and there are also plenty of savings with just about any previous iPad. All of the details you need on that are waiting right here.

That said, and including the all-time low still live on the most affordable 13-inch variant, you can browse through the straight up cash deals across the lineup down below – all but the 11-inch 512GB variant are still marked down to the best we have tracked.

Apple’s new Sky Blue 15-inch M4 MacBook Air is now sitting at the $1,139 Amazon all-time low, more from $949

Amazon is now delivering a new all-time low on the Sky Blue 15-inch MacBook Air with 16GB of RAM and the 256GB SSD at $1,139 shipped. This is the most affordable 15-inch configuration of Apple’s new M4 MacBook Air and in the all-new Sky Blue colorway with the best straight up cash deal we have tracked to date.

You’re looking at a regularly $1,199 setup here after Apple lowered the MSRP on the M4 machines, delivering a new all-time low with $60 in savings. We did recently catch one colorway of the 512GB 13-inch M4 model at $100 off, but that deal didn’t last for more than a few hours at best over last weekend.

As we have detailed on just about all of the cash deals we have been tracking on Apple’s latest 2025 releases, there are some serious trade-in options here for folks with a previous-generation machine to flip. This will obviously yield a much lower price than the offer highlighted above and all of the details you need on this are waiting right here – score your new M4 MacBook Air pre-order from just $449 with an M3 trade-in ($550 off), or $499 with an M2.

The 15-incher might not be for everyone, but if you are looking towards Apple’s latest mid-range M4 laptop with the additional screen real estate and without an older device to trade-in, today’s deal is the best we have tracked yet. That said there are some cash deals across just about every configuration in the lineup and you can scope those out down below:

Apple’s upgraded mid-range 256GB iPad mini 7 back down at $499 ($100 off), more from $399

While you can still score the most affordable 128GB iPad mini 7 down at $399 via Amazon, the mid-range 256GB configs quickly jumped back up to full price right in the middle of the Amazon Big Spring Sale last week. However, the deals are now back on all four colors at $499 shipped, down from the regular $599. Details below.

I certainly wouldn’t blame anyone for just jumping on the now $399 entry-model and calling it a day – I have spent more than enough time talking about how I tend to try and save as much cash as possible when it comes to Apple storage upgrades. That said, the mini 7 starts at 128GB, as opposed to the 256GB entry point on the M4 iPad Pro for example – this configuration is starting to show its age if you ask me.

While it wasn’t all that long ago when more than just entry-level iPads started at 64GB, the 128GB models need to go the way of the old 8GB Mac configs if you ask me. The 128GB is likely more than enough for some folks, but it is really starting to feel a bit tight for me, even on a less pricey iPad, and now’s your chance to score a good mid-range compromise on one of the more affordable current-generation iPads in the lineup.

Nomad launched a very serious April Fools sale yesterday, delivering 15% off sitewide, excluding only backordered and third-party items. It is a notable sale for sure, and one we already detailed right here, but we wanted to point out the offer it delivers on the brand’s latest Stand One Max 3-in-1 Charging Hub (2nd Gen). This one debuted for the first time last summer as one of the best 3-in-1 magnetic charging stands we have ever tested out – it is seriously gorgeous and well-made – and has rarely ever been on sale since. Use code FOOLS15 at checkout right now to knock 15% off the price tag. Details below.

You can now score the Nomad Stand One Max 3-in-1 Charging Hub (2nd Gen) down at $126.65 shipped. That’s 15% off the regular $149 price tag, the lowest price we have tracked this year on this model, and the lowest around.

The $126 deal price is still not the most affordable 3-in-1 MagSafe charging stand out there, not by a long shot, but this is no ordinary charging station. Forget all of those plastic, mass produced solutions for a second at least, you’re looking at a premium product that screams high-quality the second you unsheathe it from its packaging.

Yes, this is a 3-in-1 charging hub for iPhone, with an Apple Watch Fast Charger, and third pad for AirPods, and yes, it delivers the max 15W of power we have seen thus far on these sorts of stands from any brand, but it also features a seriously high-end build and, if you ask me, a simply gorgeous design that stands out in the sea of tree- and pad-style plastic chargers out there.

The heavily weighted base is not just trimmed with a matching metal treatment, the whole thing is made of solid metal with hits of glass accents surrounding the main iPhone MagSafe pad.

Features at a glance:

  • 3-in-1 charging hub
  • 15W charging for MagSafe
  • Apple Watch Fast Charger
  • Supports iPhone StandBy mode
  • AirPods Qi charging spot
  • Solid metal & glass design
  • 2.0m USB-C to USB-C cable included
  • Requires 30W USB-C Power Adapter (not included)

You can get a complete rundown of the build, feature set, and user experience in our hands-on impressions feature post right here.

Today’s accessories and charging deals:

You can score a 24GB M4 Pro MacBook Pro for the same price as the M4 1TB today, now $220 off

As part of the ongoing Amazon Big Spring Sale, the deals on Apple’s M4 series MacBook Pro models have been flying with pricing still kicking off from $1,399, or $200 off, on the base model. But we wanted to touch down this morning to highlight a couple of the 24GB models that are now sitting at $220 off the going rates to match the lowest prices of the year. This includes an upgraded 1TB M4 model, but you’ll want to head below for more details as you can also score an M4 Pro variant at the same price right now.

Deciding between the M4 and M4 Pro MacBook Pro model largely comes down to price for most folks. It’s really a matter of deciding whether or not you really need the extra M4 Pro horsepower and if you’re really willing to spend the cash on one. Everyone wants the extra M4 Pro power – cause’ why not? – but if you don’t really need it you really don’t need to spend the cash on it.

Then it comes down to deciding your configuration – do you need 24GB of RAM? An upgraded SSD? There a couple of notable deals to scope out today if you do.

Firstly, Amazon is offering the 14-inch M4 MacBook Pro upgraded with 24GB of RAM and a 1TB internal SSD down at $1,779 shipped. That’s $220 off the regular $1,999 list price and on par with the lowest price we have tracked this year.

But how much do you value that 1TB of storage here?

Amazon is also offering the more powerful 14-inch M4 Pro MacBook Pro with 24GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD down at the same $1,779 shipped list price right now.

Now there’s nothing particular new about this decision as both of these models carry the same $1,999 list price from Apple. But it certainly begs the question – how much do you need the double storage action?

For me it’s an easy answer – go for the horsepower on the M4 Pro all the way and stick a portable SSD in there, no questions asked. For some it might not be so easy. I do know folks that seriously value the upgraded storage – I often times tell them they are wrong and don’t, but hey, to each their own.

Either way we are looking at a match of the lowest prices we have tracked this year on these models and a great chance to score $220 off the list price on a shiny new M4 series MacBook Pro.
