Embark Studios, a Stockholm-based studio led by ex-Electronic Arts Worldwide Studios executive vice president Patrick Söderlund, teased its first game on Monday. The game, titled ARC Raiders, appears to revolve around combat with a mysterious alien foe. You can check out the first teaser for the game below, which uses a grainy, VCR-esque aesthetic.
The full reveal for the game is coming on Dec. 9, 2021, during the Game Awards 2021, a show which is know for both awards and big gaming industry reveals.
ARC Raiders doesn’t have a release date or known platforms right now, though given how long it’s been in development, it’s safe to at least expect that it’ll be available on Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, PC and PS5.
