Microsoft is today announcing that Surface Duo is expanding to 10 new European markets for business customers. Businesses in these markets will be able to order the Surface Duo for Business, with all the usual business-SKU additions.
The new markets are as follows:
- Austria
- Belgium
- Denmark
- Finland
- Ireland
- Italy
- Netherlands
- Spain
- Sweden
- Switzerland
These new locations join the markets where Surface Duo is already available:
- United States
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- France
- Germany
Surface Duo for Business, like most business variants of Microsoft’s Surface products, won’t ship in the usual consumer branded retail box. Instead, Microsoft opts for more environmental friendly and easy to dismantle packaging.
Microsoft’s Pete Kyriacou said the following:
Across the breadth of form-factors and price points available, from our largest Surface Hub, to our pocket-sized Surface Duo, we remain committed to delivering innovative devices that keep people productive. To this end, we’re pleased to share that Surface Duo is now available for business and education customers in additional European countries.
It’s good to see that Microsoft is remaining committed to the Surface Duo. The product expanding to several new markets is a great thing, as it means Microsoft is selling enough of them to warrent a continued rollout. Surface Duo features a Snapdragon 855, 6GB RAM, 128/256GB storage, and a 12MP camera.
