Online shopping is great but when you just want to pick up or return the item it can be more convenient to pop in the retailer’s outlet on the way to work than to stay home all day waiting for the courier. Sadly, this isn’t possible with T-Mobile currently, although a leaked slide shows that the Uncarrier plans to offer what is called “Cross-Channel Returns” from November 10th.

According to The T-Mo Report, T-Mobile customers who ordered online will be able to head into a physical T-Mobile store to pick the order up, drop off the trade-in device or even return the order from November 10th. Customers will be able to choose to have their orders shipped to their home or to a T-Mobile store, with trade-in devices also able to be evaluated in-store with new offers made if the device isn’t in as good a condition as previously stated.

That it’s taken T-Mobile so long to offer “Cross Channel Returns” is mind-boggling considering that we are in 2021 but I guess we should just be glad that it’s going to be a thing from November 10th.
