T-Mobile is offering an incredible deal for any customer on their Go5G Next plan. You can trade in your phone in any condition and get up to $1,000 off the iPhone 16 series, Galaxy S24 line, and other phone models.
T-Mobile will take your phone anyhow it is
New information coming from a document shared with The Mobile Report, possibly from T-Mobile itself, reveals that T-Mobile’s is up to a $1,000 discount off the iPhone 16 Pro and Galaxy S24+. Before now, the deal was detailed a few weeks ago, alongside another offer where you get four free iPhones if you’re a new customer signed up for the “4 for $25 each” deal.
The deal included a trade-in component where you could exchange devices as old as a Samsung Galaxy S9 or iPhone 11 Pro to get the full $830 off the new iPhone 16, or receive a half credit of $415 for devices as old as the iPhone 6. It seems the carrier has updated the deal to allow customers trade in devices in any condition, even if they are damaged or non-functional.
Also, if you’re on one of T-Mobile’s Go5G Next plans, such as for 55+, Military, or First Responders, you can still trade in a damaged device and get up to $800 off a new one. While this isn’t the full $1,000 credit available to other customers, it’s still quite a steal.

Starting on Friday, December 13th, T-Mobile new trade-in deals will be available. You can take advantage of them through their official website, the T-Life app, or the physical T-Mobile stores around you.
Below are the devices you can trade in for up to $1000 off a new iPhone 16 or Samsung Galaxy S24 series phone, depending on their model and condition:
