Lego Star Wars Mos Eisley Cantina 75290 is the fourth version of the Tatooine spaceport where Han shot first that Lego has released over the years, and it’s hands-down the most detailed. No shock, considering the size and cost. I have a smaller, retired version, Lego Star Wars Mos Eisley Cantina 75052, and initially I didn’t think I’d be interested in this set upon its release in 2020. But after learning that it comes with a whopping 21 minifigs, seven of which are debuts and include some of the most memorable aliens from A New Hope like Ponda Baba and Momaw Nadon, commonly known to aging Gen Xers like myself as Walrus Man and Hammerhead, respectively, I began saving up. (It comes with only three Bith musicians, but since my other set also came with three, I’m just one minifig away from a film-accurate seven-member ensemble.)
