OtterBox cases tend to be bulky, non-descript, or both. In the case of this Commuter Series Lite case, it’s not insanely bulky, but it certainly doesn’t have an overflowing personality. However, if you’re just here for a phone that’s easy to hold and will stay protected when dropped, this case will prove more than sufficient.

Silicone cases feel nice in the hand, are easy to wear, and tend to come in several nice colors. Plus, they offer a decent level of protection thanks to a rubbery build. The microfiber lining cradles your phone gently too. This case is a good choice if you’re not too picky and you don’t want to end up spending too much money.
Poetic Revolution Full-Body Case

I’m not a fan of these bulky cases, but I know some people are. I acknowledge that there’s no better way to protect your device than to get one of these though. This case is full-body, so it also protects your screen at the same time. It also comes with a kickstand and a sliding camera cover, so it makes good use of its large frame.
Spigen Ultra Hybrid

Here’s another Spigen case for when you want to show off how beautiful your phone is instead of hiding it under a hunk of opaque plastic or silicone. The sides are made of TPU while the back is hard polycarbonate to withstand knocks. I love clear cases, but the only reason to beware of them is they start to turn yellow a lot of the time.
Encased Falcon Full-Body Case

The reason I like the Encased Falcon is that it is easy to tell that it is one of those bulky cases that offers maximum protection, but it does its best to at least look good while doing that. It’s got a minimalist black design with bolstered edges and a textured back. You also get a tempered glass screen protector included.

The first case from Poetic on this list was an absolute behemoth and that’s not everyone’s vibe. If you want to stick with Poetic, its Guardian case offers similar protection in a more stylish frame. It has a clear back but black bolstered edges and corners. It also comes with a screen protector panel on the front for full-body protection.

This case is relatively regular. It has an opaque TPU frame on a partly translucent polycarbonate back (which thanks to semilucency, can add some color to your phone). It’s never fun to drop your phone and break the screen or scratch up the frame. It’s always best to make sure that your phone is well protected with a good case so there’ll be no regrets, even when the phone does manage to slip between your fingers.
I’m a Spigen guy through and through, so the Tough Armor option on this list is my top recommendation because of how it balances price and protection. After that, I actually like what the Poetic Guardian has to offer, especially when you want a sturdy case that looks relatively nice.
