In a decentralized network, we are all customers, we are all sales, we are all operations, we are all IT and we are all customer support. Operations and IT have been killing it without a doubt. The physical migration of the mining hashrate in the last two years has been miraculous and the network has zero downtime. However, Bitcoin has a customer service problem. As a result, we are suppressing sales and market share.
