Samsung announced that it was kicking off its One UI 4.0 beta program during September (this month) via its community forums, and now there’s even better news for those with unlocked or Sprint/T-Mobile variants of the Galaxy S21 in the US. That’s right, the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 beta program is coming to the US and may even be available sometime this month.

While Samsung hasn’t specified an exact date on when the One UI 4.0 beta will begin, the smartphone maker has revealed that Galaxy S21 users will need to download the Samsung Members app (if it isn’t already installed) and click on the One UI 4.0 banner to register on it.

The One UI 4.0 update should bring many of Android 12 features including at least some semblance to the Material You design language, which would be quite the change-up for Samsung. The One UI 4.0 beta will initially be available for the Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra but we could see other models added at a later time.
