The Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is a return to the styling and functionality of the Watch 4 Classic. The rotating bezel is back, along with thinner bezels and bigger displays.

Amazon just slashed the price of Samsung’s Galaxy Watch 6 Classic to an all-time low, making it hard to resist. If you’re looking for a new smartwatch not made by Apple, Samsung is one of the best options, especially at a 50% discount.

So, why is this such a good deal? The Galaxy Watch 6 Classic launched for $399 back in 2023, but it’s still a great watch. While it’s often on sale for around $250, for a limited time, you can get the Watch 6 Classic today for only $199, making it 50% off.

While the Galaxy Watch 7 is Samsung’s newest model, the previous generation is still pretty great. More importantly, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is Samsung’s last model with the popular rotating bezel. It comes with a vibrant 1.3-inch (43mm) AMOLED display, solid battery life, and works great with Android smartphones.

Internally, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic runs on the Exynos W930 SoC with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage for apps, watch faces and music. Samsung’s latest watches run Google’s WearOS, not Samsung’s own software interface. As a result, they work wonderfully with Pixel phones, Galaxy devices, and more. Plus, you’ll get the latest WearOS updates as they arrive.

As for battery life, the 43mm Galaxy Watch 6 Classic has a 300mAh battery, which Samsung claims is good for about two days of runtime. In our testing, we found that fairly accurate. However, if you use the always-on display mode, it’ll be quite a bit less. This is still a solid watch you’ll love, especially for under $200.
