Ecovacs has announced its new GOAT A1-3000 robotic lawn mower as part of its 2025 product range. This model will be the main product in the GOAT, a family of robotic lawn care solutions.
The GOAT A1-3000 is a robotic lawn mower with a special cutting system that uses two plates to cover more ground. It has a powerful motor helps it work well on different types of grass. Ecovacs claims this mower will be the most accurate and efficient. Besides the A1-3000, the GOAT line will include an O Family series aimed at smaller, more complicated lawns. The O family mowers will be able to navigate tight spaces, have a 0.7-meter width to fit through paths, and come with features for precise mowing along edges and avoiding obstacles.
The mower will use a mix of technologies for navigation, including satellite-based positioning, front-facing LiDAR, and camera vision. The A1-3000 will have dual LiDAR systems, which helps it scan 360 degrees and create 3D images. Ecovacs claims the GOAT A1-3000 is the first robotic lawn mower that uses multiple navigation technologies. This means it can map out the area while mowing to avoid obstacles.
It looks amazing and futuristic, given how sleek the concept is. If it doesn’t go through any changes before it is released, it will be hard to deny how much it looks like a lawn mower from the future.
Ecovacs is well known for its Deebot T30S Combo, which is a robot vacuum. However, it seems like the company is really pushing the lawn care area. This may be a big way for it to become a household name for smart homes. Hopefully, the mower will be a lot more like the vacuum in its abilities. The Deebot T30S Combo offers features like a voice assistant, but the lawn mower still lacks that capability.
The price for the A1-3000 hasn’t been announced yet, but it should appear on the official website when the product is up for sale.
