Key Granted Design Patents
While there were a series of 10 design patents for Apple published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on Tuesday, only four of them were original grants. The design patents presented below cover two that are for retail store fixtures, with one of them being for ‘Apple Fitness. The others cover ‘Beats Studio Buds’ and a retail display for the iPhone 11 Pro. Although Apple’s iPhone 11 Pro debuted in 2019, Apple only filed for this design patent in October 2020. Whether Apple will ever use this iPhone stand fixture again in the future is unknown at this time.
