What’s the difference between the new Xiaomi 12S, 12S Pro, and 12S Ultra?

Xiaomi’s 12S series of flagship smartphones is official and it’s fair to say that the trio of handsets are all packing high-end hardware. While the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, with its mammoth 1-inch sensor, is the star of the range, neither the Xiaomi 12S or the 12S Pro should be dismissed as anything other than flagship material. All three models are powered by Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and feature 120Hz AMOLED displays, and 50W wireless charging. Join us after the break for our comparison of the specifications of the Xiaomi 12S, 12S Pro, and 12S Ultra.

He’s been an Android fan ever since owning an HTC Hero, with the Dell Streak being his first phablet. He currently carries a Realme GT Neo 2 in his pockets, a Lenovo Yoga Tab 11 in his backpack, and thinks nothing of lugging a 17-inch laptop around the world. When not immersed in the world of Android and gadgets, he’s an avid sports fan, and like all South Africans, he loves a good Braai (BBQ).
