Steve Jobs’ youngest daughter, Eve, has launched herself into the public eye with a budding modeling career that has seen her step firmly into the spotlight – and this week saw the 23-year-old sign her debut contract with agency DNA Model Management.
But while the youngest Jobs sibling is enjoying her brush with fashion fame, what has happened to the late Apple founder’s other three children?
In light of Eve’s newly-achieved modeling credential, FEMAIL has uncovered what her siblings are up to now – from her politically-minded brother, Reed, to her author half-sister, Lisa – who was rejected by her dad for the first nine-years of her life.
Steve – who was the co-founder, chairman, and CEO of Apple – welcomed his first child, Lisa Brennan-Jobs, in 1987 with his high school sweetheart, Christann Brennan.
However, for almost a decade he insisted that she was not his daughter, despite a DNA test proving that he was indeed her dad.

He married businesswoman Laurene Powell in 1991, and together, they welcomed three kids over the years – daughters Eve and Erin in 1998 and 1995, and a son named Reed in 1991.
Eventually, Steve admitted that he was Lisa’s father and after abuse and neglect allegations were made against her mom, he took her in. Together, the family lived in Palo Alto, California, for many years.
Steve pioneered the first Apple computer and iPhone – and he also developed the visual effects industry while helping to launch the animation studio Pixar in 1986.

Lisa was born on May 17, 1987, in Portland, Oregon, which means she is currently 34 years old.
Her mother, Christann, and her father, Steve, first met when they both attended high school together in 1972. They dated on-and-off for five years and in 1977, they moved into a house together with their friend Daniel Kottke.

It was during that time that Christann became pregnant with Lisa. However, Steve wanted nothing to do with the pregnancy – which led to Christann ending their relationship and moving to the All One Farm commune in Oregon.
Steve was not there during Lisa’s birth but he did come and visit Christann and the newborn three days after. It was reported that he then named one of the original Apple computers after her, which was called the Apple Lisa.
However, he publicly denied the paternity for several years, and at the time, he even claimed that the Apple Lisa wasn’t named after her at all, stating that Lisa stood for ‘Local Integrated System Architecture.’
Christann pursued a legal case to prove that Steve was in fact Lisa’s dad, but even after a DNA test showed that he was, he still repudiated it.
Years later, after he left Apple and when Lisa was nine, he finally admitted that he was indeed Lisa’s father and reconciled with both Lisa and her mom.
In her 2013 memoir, Christann wrote that ‘he apologized many times over for his behavior’ to her and Lisa, and ‘said that he never took responsibility when he should have, and that he was sorry.’
Lisa later said that her mom was ‘negligent and abusive,’ so she went to live with her dad, his new wife, Laurene, and their kids after the reconciliation. She also legally changed her last name to Brennan-Jobs.
She released a memoir, called Small Fry, in 2018, where she wrote all about her childhood, and she depicted many negative memories with her dad and Laurene.
The New York Times wrote while discussing her book, ‘She is made to wash the dishes by hand each night (Steve refuses to repair the broken dishwasher), to sleep in a chilly room (he also refuses to repair the heater), and to serve as an on-call babysitter for her brother.’
Lisa also claimed that Steve started having a sexual encounter with Laurene in front of her once when she was still a child, writing that he was ‘pulling [Laurene] in to a kiss, moving his hand closer to her breasts,’ while ‘moaning theatrically.’
When she tried to leave, she recalled her dad saying to her, ‘Stay here. We’re having a family moment. It’s important that you try to be part of this family.’
Lisa is now married to a man named Bill, and together, they have one son. They reside in Brooklyn, New York, and Lisa is also raising Bill’s two daughters from a previous relationship
After its release, Laurene said in a statement, ‘Lisa is part of our family, so it was with sadness that we read her book, which differs dramatically from our memories of those times.
‘The portrayal of Steve is not the husband and father we knew. Steve loved Lisa, and he regretted that he was not the father he should have been during her early childhood.
‘It was a great comfort to Steve to have Lisa home with all of us during the last days of his life, and we are all grateful for the years we spent together as a family.’
Lisa attended Harvard University and spent one year studying overseas at King’s College London, before she graduated in 2000. After finishing school, she moved to Manhattan to work as a writer, and has since wrote for magazines like Vogue, and O, The Oprah Magazine.
According to Fortune Magazine, after Steve died in 2011, he left her a multi-million dollar inheritance. He was worth a reported $10.8 billion at the time of death – most of which was inherited by his wife, Laurene, but it’s been said that Lisa also got a big chunk of it.
Lisa is now married to a man named Bill, and together, they have one son. They reside in Brooklyn, New York, and Lisa is also raising Bill’s two daughters from a previous relationship.
She has an Instagram account, where she often shares photos of food, and a Twitter, where she has racked up almost 10,000 followers.
Reed Paul Jobs – Steve’s son who has dedicated his life to trying to find a cure to cancer, and reportedly aspires to be a politician
After graduating from Stanford University with a degree in Masters of Arts in 2015, Reed then started working at Emerson Collective. He now serves as the managing director there, and aids in cancer research. He is pictured with sister Eve
Steve’s second child, Reed, now 30, was born on September 22, 1991.
His mom Laurene gave birth to him just a few months after her wedding to Steve. It’s been said that he was named after Reed College, which Steve briefly attended for one semester before dropping out in 1972. It’s also been reported that his middle name was chosen to honor Steve’s adopted father.
Reed has reportedly been studying cancer treatment since high school, and even did his senior report on the subject.
After high school, he attended Stanford University, and graduated with a degree in Masters of Arts in 2015.
He then started working at Emerson Collective – a for-profit corporation started by his mom, which focuses on education, immigration reform, the environment, media and journalism, and health – and he now serves as the managing director there, where he aids in cancer research and treatment.
‘I believe that human cells will always have a risk of becoming cancerous. In that sense, we won’t ever have a cure for cancer,’ he wrote in 2018 during a Q&A for the company. ‘But the problem with cancer, to me, is that it kills you. So I define success as diminishing the mortality of cancer.
In February 2022, Puck News reported that Reed, 30, was considering running for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s seat, who is expected to retire at the end of her current term. However, Emerson Collective later shut these rumors down
‘Cancer is currently treated after disease manifestation, in that we often don’t treat it until it reveals itself as an illness. But in the future, I believe your potential for getting sick from cancer will be something that you’ll be able to track and keep in check.
‘If doctors can intervene earlier across the board to combat cancer, I believe we will see commensurately lower mortality.’
In February 2022, Puck News reported that Reed was considering running for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s seat, who is expected to retire at the end of her current term.
‘The 30-year-old Jobs loves politics, and he has long told people that he is definitely interested in running for something down the line, according to people who have talked with him,’ the outlet reported.
However, Emerson Collective later shut these rumors down, saying in a statement, ‘Reed has absolutely no plans to run for Congress and is solely focused on his work here at Emerson.’
He has no social media accounts, but he can be found on LinkedIn. He currently lives in San Francisco, California.

Her Facebook account – which only has four pictures – states that she is currently living in New Orleans, Louisiana.
