Now you have something other than work to talk about
LinkedIn games sound fun, but you can only play them once a day, regardless of whether you win or lose. The platform will refresh them at midnight Pacific Time (PT). While you wait, you can share your score with connections, copy and paste it somewhere, or see what others are saying about a game in a comment section below, and join them.
We want to give people a way to exercise their brains while taking a quick break, but also give people a reason to connect with others. We hope that these games spark banter, conversations, and even a healthy bit of competition among professionals around the world.

Here’s how each game works.
Pinpoint
With Pinpoint, everything is connected. It’s my favorite of the three new LinkedIn games. It’s about hidden words, and guessing the one word that joins them all with the least amount of reveals. For example, the app gives you the first word, “Sun”. Make your first wrong guess, and it’ll give you something like “Beach”. You might realize that the theme is summer. The fewer clues you need, the higher your score in the daily challenge. I failed my first attempt, but I’m definitely returning tomorrow to try again.
Crossclimb
Crossclimb is a trivia game that merges crosswords and word ladders. You’ll guess and rearrange four-letter words to decipher clues for five ladder rungs. Each word is different by only one letter from the one above or below it. You can use hints if you’re lost. When you solve the puzzle, the ladder unlocks the top and bottom rungs for you to guess. Unlike the other games, Crossclimb allows you to set a reminder and LinkedIn notifies you when next you can play it.
Queens
Queens is akin to Sudoku, but this time around, you’ll place queen crowns instead of numbers. Your objective is to strategically place crowns in multicolored grids and make sure that each row, column, and colored region has no queens touching each other. If they do, you can reposition them until you win.
How to find LinkedIn games
LinkedIn games are free, but finding them on your own can feel like a maze. You can play the new games from your personal computer or phone browser via the link below, which either takes you to the website or the app version. They are all free, and you don’t need to be a premium subscriber to enjoy them.
