‘Wildly Excessive’: A Dozen State AGs Denounce Fee Request in Apple’s Throttling Settlement

    Criticism is mounting over $87.7 million in attorney fees proposed in a class action settlement over Apple iPhones, with attorneys general from a dozen states the latest to criticize what they called a “wildly excessive” fee request.
