It’s another week, which means it’s time for another preview build of Windows 11 for Insiders in the Dev Channel. This week, Microsoft is rolling out build 22572, and it includs a bunch of fixes and enhancements, as well as an updated Search interface, a new Microsoft Family app, and more.

Starting off with Search, Microsoft is introducing a new feature called “Search highlights” which will highlight “interesting moments in time.” Similar to the Bing homepage, the Search UI will now present interesting facts and moments directly within the landing page of the Search panel. If you’re using Windows 11 in an organization, your company can customize this space with work related info such as colleague contact details, organization structure, and more. These new search features will begin rolling out to Insiders on this build early next week.

Additionally, this build also includes a new Microsoft Family Safety app that that’s bundled on Windows 11 Home. The app lets you customize and configure your Microsoft Family groups, as well as see members locations, screen time, and more. Clipchamp is now also an in-box app, meaning it’ll be pre-loaded on Windows 11 going forward.
