The second part of Samsung’s Unpacked event was something of a damp squib in terms of new hardware seeing as the Galaxy S21 FE’s announcement has apparently been pushed back to January 2022. If you haven’t pulled the trigger on a Galaxy Z Flip 3 yet perhaps the news that you can now choose your own personal color scheme with Samsung’s new ‘Bespoke’ service will be the tipping point.

Besides being able to order a Galaxy Z Flip 3 in the Pixel 2 XL’s panda theme, you can choose to customize the front and back of the clamshell phone in five colors including blue, yellow, pink, white, and black with the additional choice of having a black or silver frame. Samsung says that there are 49 unique combinations in total for the Galaxy Z Flip 3 Bespoke Edition.

“Today’s customers are multi-faceted, and we believe their technology should reflect their unique lifestyles,” said Stephanie Choi, SVP & Head of Marketing of the Mobile Communications Business at Samsung Electronics. “Galaxy Z Flip3 Bespoke Edition opens new experiences for customers to reflect who they are, through the technology they use the most.”

Once you’ve ordered the Galaxy Z Flip 3 Bespoke Edition, Samsung will deliver your device in special Bespoke Edition packaging along with a Bespoke Edition wallpaper and cover screen that matches your chosen design. Be warned, choosing the Bespoke Edition means that you’ll need to allow for 5-6 weeks for delivery so it’s best that you aren’t in a hurry for the device.
