Apple has kitted out an aspiring documentary and music video filmmaker with a Mac Studio and an array of accessories, in what it’s calling a “Dream Studio Makeover” project.
Filmmaker Cam Blumberg had been struggling to make films on a 2018 MacBook Pro with 512GB SSD. He’s now been given at least $6,795 worth of Apple gear, plus further accessories including a 24TB external drive.
Apple first reached out to Jared Polin, who runs the popular “Fro Knows Photo” YouTube channel, asking for help locating a worth recipient of this “Dream Studio Makeover.”
Cam Blumberg was chosen and invited to a tour of Polin’s own studio, where he was surprised with devices including:
- Mac Studio
- 14-inch MacBook Pro
- Studio Display
- iPhone 13 Pro Max
- HomePod mini
- Magic Keyboard and Trackpad
