ZTE Axon 10 Pro becomes one of China’s first 5G phones

ZTE has announced the Axon 10 Pro, which, as of right now, will only be available in China. But aside from being your typical flagship phone with a ton of cameras and a tiny notch, this will be one of the first available 5G phones in China’s smartphone market.

Unlike most other 5G phones, ZTE isn’t holding anything back from the regular, 4G LTE model. The Axon 10 Pro is rocking a Snapdragon 855 CPU with 6/8/12GB RAM configurations and 128/256GB storage options. It also happens to be the first phone to use the F2FS file system, which should be an improvement over some other more standard formats. It’s not quite UFS 3.0, though.

The phone sports a 6.47-inch AMOLED Full HD+ screen, and on the back you’ll get a triple camera system with a 48MP shooter, a 20MP ultrawide angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. The 4000mAh battery should last you all day, and you can recharge the Axon 10 Pro wirelessly. No headphone, jack, so dig out your dongles.

All of this will be true for the Axon 10 Pro and Axon 10 Pro 5G. If you don’t think you’ll have 5G anytime soon, you can rest easy buying the 4G model without losing out on other specs.
