Apple reported it was working on a new feature for Face ID, which is basically an update that allows iPhone users to unlock their device even with a mask on. Though, it is currently available to beta users and is expected to be rolled out for all users soon.
AirTag fix
With the new update, users will be able to see a new message when anyone sets up an AirTag, which will alert them that the accessory has been linked to their Apple ID. The message indicates that using AirTag to track people without their consent is a crime around the world and victims can bring law enforcement officials to check the information about the AirTag owners.
New iPhone Emojis
To make your chats even more livelier, a new set of iPhone emojis is going to be rolled out with this new update. This includes 37 emojis and 75 skin tone additions. The new emojis panel includes heart hands, a person with crown, low-battery, melting face, mirror disco ball, pointing finger, pregnant man, multi-racial handshake, and many more.
SharePlay option
The SharePlay option is already available to iOS users, and will soon be added to all iPhone users. With this feature, you will be able to watch movies, TV, even play music together with your friends using FaceTime.
Fixing issues with Find my App
The Find My app in the latest iOS 15.4 will likely come with new notification settings that let iPhone users change specific options for Find My accessories and Tracking separately. Earlier, users used to get notification reads ‘unknown accessory detected’ while with the update, you will get the specific notification for AirPods.
